Carolyn Hook Cole

Carolyn Cole, 71, of Leesville, passed away Monday, September 17, 2018. A memorial service will be held at 6:30 P.M. Wednesday, September 19, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held after the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Cole was born in Batesburg, SC, daughter of the late Loyce Richard and Mary Helen Smith Hook.

Surviving are her husband, Robert S. Cole; her children, Mr. and Mrs. Jason (Deanne) Murrell of Leesville, Mary Alice And Glen Kimry of Lexington, Mr and Mrs, Bryan (Lisa) Lagrant of Pelion; brothers, Mr. and Mrs. James (Jimmy) Hook, Mr and Mrs. Bobby Hook and Russell Hook all of Gilbert, sisters, Donna Stewart of Lexinton, Brenda Davis, Lynn Clamp, Mr and Mrs. Butch (Adlyn) Day of Leesville, and Mr. and Mrs. Donnie (Bonnie) Meetze of Tennessee.; thirteen grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and one non-biological son, Bryan Jennings. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rachel Leanne Chewning; and siblings, Tony Hook and Gloria Hook.
