Clara Lou Gulledge Steele

Clara Lou Gulledge Steele, 70, of Gilbert, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 17, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel with interment in First Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Randy, Ricky, Robbie, Ronnie, and Alex Steele and Charles Brown.

Mrs. Steele was born in Saluda, SC, daughter of the late Hobson and Mellie Davis Gulledge.

She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Robert Carroll Steele; sons and daughters-in-law, Randy (Sandy) Steele; Ricky (Chasity) Steele; daughter and son-in-law, Karen (Pete) Brown; six grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hobson and Mellie Davis Gulledge; son, Bobby Jo Steele; and ten brothers and sisters.
