Agnes Asbill

Agnes Moore Asbill, 86, of Leesville, passed away April 20, 2016.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 23, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Bush River Memorial Gardens at 4:00 PM with Rev. Lear officiating. Active pallbearers are Duane Asbill, Matthew Lee, Ross Smith III, David Kelly, Calvin Stanfield and Ross Smith II. Honorary pallbearers are Billy Asbill, Ron Kelly and Keith Thompson.

Mrs. Asbill was born in Mountain Rest, SC daughter of Silas Moore and Annie Bottoms Moore. She was a member of Batesburg Church of God. She had retired from SC Department of Mental Health. She loved spending time with her grandkids and enjoyed cooking.

Surviving are her husband, Roy Asbill; son, Wayne (Donna) Asbill; daughter, Wanda (Ted) Thompson Hall; brothers, Ed (Betty) Moore and Marvin (Lois) Moore; seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Randy Asbill; daughters, Nancy Kelly and Debbie Asbill; brother, Norman Moore and a sister, Edith Peacock.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Friday, April 22, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home.
