Alice Waters Taylor

Alice Waters Taylor, 89, of Leesville, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020. A private graveside service will be held at Cedar Grove Lutheran Church Cemetery with Rev. Chris Addy officiating.

Mrs. Taylor was born in Batesburg-Leesville, a daughter of the late Furman and Anzie Eidson Waters. She was married to the late Earl Taylor. Mrs. Taylor retired from JB Martin.

Surviving are her daughters and son-in-law, Elaine Taylor, Debbie (Donnie) Shealy; sisters, Ola Price, Patricia Shealy, Eleanor Shealy; grandchildren, Brandy (Jason) Taylor, Christopher (Logan) Shealy, Amanda and Melissa Taylor; and great grandchildren, Gavin and Haley Taylor; and Baylor and Briggs Shealy. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sons, Bobby Dole and David Earl Taylor; brothers, Harold, Hoyt, Jack, Jim, and Larry Waters; and nine half brothers and sisters.
