Barbara Jean Temples Boley

Barbara Jean Temples Boley, 74, of Batesburg, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 28, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Memorial Gardens of Columbia. Active pallbearers will be Gene, Joe, Johnny, and Jason Feaster, Darrell Buzhardt, Brett Boley, Timmy Clark and Kevin Rowe. Honorary pallbearers will be Tom Sloan, Steven Skinner, Bill Sloan, Raymond Williams and Joey Ketcherside. Mrs. Boley was born in Batesburg, SC, daughter of the late Jakie and Winnie Ola Goff Temples. She was married to the late Ronald H. Boley. She was a member of West Creek Baptist Church. Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Randy (Judy) Boley of Lexington; Jeff (Theresa) Boley of Batesburg; daughters and sons-in-law, Melinda (Frankie) Clark of Batesburg; Tammy (Michael) Crim of Lexington; sisters, Shirley Rinehart; Joann Feaster; Bonnie Cockrell; Wanda Boozer; brothers, Richard and Alton Temples; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jim Boley and Judy Boley of Minot, ND; grandchildren, Stephanie Hallman; Amanda Clark; Brandon Boley; Arin Ball; Mindy Clark; Brett Boley; great grandchildren, Ethan Boley; Zoey Rowe; Zackery James Ball; Katie Ray Williams; extended family from Illinois, Bill (Kathy) Sloan; Steven (Jillayna) Skinner; Tom-Tiffany Sloan; David Duncan; Cameron Sloan; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her twin babies; brother, Troy Temples; and grandchild, Zackery Boley. The family will receive friends from 5:30 P.M. -8:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 27, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home. The family would like to give a special thanks to Lutheran Hospice for their love and support.
