Bobby Duncan

Bobby Odell Duncan, 85, of Leesville, loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great grandfather, went to his heavenly home on October 29, 2021 surrounded by his loved ones. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia H. Duncan; three sons, Andy (Thelma), Rodney (Bee), and Terry Duncan all of Batesburg; two daughters, Vicki Gibson (Dewey) of Batesburg and Trisha Preister (Allen) of Walterboro. Also surviving are his sister, Katheryn L. Wilson of Pelzer. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his former wife and loving mother of his children, Margie Duncan Harter; brothers, Kenneth and Karl Duncan; and a sister, Margaret Metts.

Mr. Duncan was the son of the late Archie and Vera Duncan. He served his country in the US National Guard, he was a owner of many businesses throughout Walterboro, Beaufort, Columbia and Batesburg-Leesville, SC. He is a member of Eastside Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Judes Hospital for Children.
