Chuck Smith

Chuck Brent Smith, 44, of Monetta, passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021. The funeral service for Mr. Smith will be held at 3:00 p.m., Monday, August 16th at Milton Shealy Funeral Home, 115 N. Pine Street, Batesburg. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Smith was born in Georgia, a son of the late Jimmy and Janice Smith. He had an infectious smile that brought joy to everyone in his life.

Surviving are his wife, Crystal Bowers Langley Smith; nephews, Dillon Smith (Michaela) and Dalton Smith (Jasmine); nieces, Fancy and Hannah Smith; and great nephews and nieces, Colton, Kinsley, Connor, and Elaina Smith. He is also survived by his step-children, Jeremy Langley and Briana Langley Adams. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Monty Smith.
