Cynthia Wilson

Cynthia Alveshire Wilson, 59, of Ridge Spring, passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2021. The funeral service will be held at 5:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 26th, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Ms. Wilson was born in Edgefield, SC, a daughter of the late Harry and Peggy Smith Alveshire. She was of the Baptist faith and was raised in West Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. Wilson was a gypsy at heart who was known to be a loving and selfless person. She loved animals and enjoyed time near the water.

Surviving are her daughters, April Denise Pryor (Scott), Crystal Dawn Wilson; a son, Christopher Curry Wilson (Brianna); companion, Barry Viviano; grandchildren, Corey Cockrell, McKenzie Spradley, Jesse Spradley, Abigail Spradley, Samuel Pryor, Aubree Bovain, Payton Pryor, Calvin Wilson, Dean Wilson and Riley Wilson. Also surviving are her sister, Janice Alveshire and brothers, Gene, Darrell, Terry, Andy, Gary and Mike Alveshire. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughters, April and Carman Dowd; and a brother, Butch Alveshire.
