Edith Senn

Edith Gaynelle Leaphart Senn, 92, of Leesville died Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at her home. Born in Leesville, SC, she was a daughter of the late Walter Lee and Lelia Cleo Hallman Leaphart. Mrs. Senn was a loving mother, grandmother and sister and was a member of St. James Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her sons, Robert Senn (Cheryl), Wayne Senn (Linda), Russell Senn (Julie), Keith Senn, and Clayton Senn (Cassandra); daughter, Bille Jean Haygood (Earl). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and a sister, Nola Long (Kenneth). In addition to her parents and her husband of 49 years, Talbert Roscoe Senn, she was preceded in death by sister, Wilma Hill and brothers, Albert and Walter Leaphart.

The service for Mrs. Senn will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, April 12th at St. James Lutheran Church, 308 Church Street, Leesville, South Carolina. Pastor Peter Morey will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
