Grace Temples Geddes

Grace Temples Geddes, 86,of Batesburg, passed away Saturday, September 27, 2014. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 1, at First Baptist Church of Batesburg. Mrs. Geddes was born in Bartow, GA, daughter of the late Johnnie S. and Ruth Eskew Temples. She was married to the late Frederick Harrison Geddes. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Batesburg and Ruth Fellowship Class. Surviving are her son, Frederick Ronnie Geddes; daughter, Cindy Palmer; sisters, Ethel Northcutt Shamlin; Joan Lewis; three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brother, John C. Temples. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Batesburg, 436 W. Church Street, Batesburg, SC 29006.
