Grace Whittle Turner

Grace Whittle Turner, 84, of Batesburg-Leesville, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 24, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel with Maynard Watson officiating.
Visitation will be held after the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Turner was born in Ridge Spring, SC, daughter of the late Clarence and Cora Carrie Outz Whittle. She was married to the late Samuel Jackson Turner. She was a member of Episcopal Church of the Ridge.

Surviving are her son, Gregory Brian (Angela) Turner; sisters, Pauline Whittle Berry; Mary Whittle Chappells; six grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Samuel Jackson Turner, Jr.; sister, Kathleen Whittle Gillian; and brothers, Elliot, Carl, and Broadus Whittle.
