Hazel Smith

Hazel Smith, 64, of Leesville, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Friday, January 30, at Beulah United Methodist Church with interment in the church cemetery with Rev. Tony Rowell officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00 - 3:00 P.M. Friday, January 30, prior to the service at the church. Mrs. Smith was born in Gilbert, SC, daughter of the late Forester and Eloise Wingard Smith. Surviving are her son, David Smith of Leesville; sister, Rose Smith of Gilbert; and brother, Ernest Smith. Mrs. Smith also leaves behind her loving church family at Beulah United Methodist Church.
