James Mccormick

James C. McCormick, 76, of Batesburg, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday, August 16, at Clyde's Chapel Southern Methodist Church with interment in the church cemetery with military honors with Rev. Gregg Williams officiating. Mr. McCormick was born in Saluda County, son of the late Carlton and Ella Ruth Jones McCormick. He was an Army National Guard Veteran. He was a truck driver for the SC Highway Dept. Surviving are his wife, Mary McCormick; sons and daughter-in-law, Bobby McCormick Sr. (Belinda); LeGrande McCormick; daughter, Stephanie McCormick; thirteen grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Saturday, August 15, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home.
