Joy Jones

Joy Jones, 75, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 28, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Ridge Crest Memorial Park with Rev. Jerry Brunson officiating.

Mrs. Jones was born in Batesburg, SC, daughter of the late Turner Joseph and Carrie Mae Miller Westmoreland. She was married to the late Gene Jones. She was a member of Celebration Church in Batesburg.

Surviving are her sons, Terrell (Tammie) Jones; Kent (Kathy) Jones; Mike Jones (John Speer); grandchildren, Farrah Jones; Chris (Abby) Jones; great grandchildren, Anthony and Joshua Jones; Leora Murphy; step grandchildren, Nicholas and Nathan Murphy; and sister, Charlotte Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Jones; great granddaughter, Ashleigh Faith Jones; brother, Franklin Westmoreland; and sister, Gloria Clamp.
