Leigh Waters Taylor

Leigh Waters Taylor, 66, of Leesville, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, April 1 at Calvary Baptist Church, 131 Berlin Road, Salley, SC 29137, with interment in the church cemetery with Preacher Jerry Smith and Pastor Joey Curado officiating.

Mrs. Taylor was born in Aiken, SC, daughter of the late Matthew and Bessie Mae Leech Waters. She was an employee of Walmart in Batesburg, SC.

Surviving are her daughter, Amanda Taylor; granddaughter, MaKayla Taylor; brothers, Jake, Ellis Ray and Lonnie Waters; and sisters, Janie (Jerry) Smith, Grace Pruitt, Gladys (James) Day. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Lewis and Connie Waters; and sisters, Anner Jane Leech; Elouise Waters.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Friday, March 31, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home.
