Mary Catherine Blackwell

Mary Catherine Blackwell, 79, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 15, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Ridge Crest Memorial Park.
Mrs. Blackwell was born in Batesburg-Leesville, daughter of the late Walter Erskine and Anna Smith.
Surviving are her husband, William Blackwell; sons, Dwight and James Leaphart; daughters, Melissa Hagood, Terry Rowe; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; sister, Barbara Priester; and a brother, Dewey Smith. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Johnathan Leaphart; and brothers and sisters.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Friday, December 14, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home.
