Mary Edna Jones Gunter

Mary Edna Jones Gunter, 71, of Leesville, passed away Friday, September 19, 2014. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 P.M. Sunday, September 21, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ralph Schneck officiating. Visitation will follow the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Gunter was born in Detroit, Michigan, daughter of the late Clarence and Marian Stewart Jones. She attended First Baptist Church of Lexington. Surviving are her husband, Martin Gunter; brother, Timothy Jones of Batesburg; brother-in-law, James Gunter of Cofield, NC; sisters-in-law, Mildred Poole of Pelion; and Barbara Barr of Lexington.
