Reba Ann Jennings

Reba Ann Jennings, 83, passed away Friday, March 4, 2016 at MS Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. There will be a visitation Thursday, March 10, 2016, from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at Milton Shealy Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 11, at St. James Lutheran Church with Pastor Gina Metze officiating.

Mrs. Jennings was born in Gilbert, SC to the late James Haskell and Zula Oswald. She was a homemaker and loving wife, mother, and grandmother in Columbia, SC. She lived the past five years in Byram, MS. She enjoyed doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles, playing the piano, and teaching her parakeets to talk through the years. She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Haskell Glen Jennings. Survivors include her daughter, Carol McWilliams (Roger) of Byram, MS; son, Kevin Jennings (Elyce) of Columbia; sister, Deborah Watson of Leesville; granddaughters, Karen Marie McWilliams; Amanda Leigh Jennings; and her beloved pet parakeet Peetie.
