Scott Walker Jr.

Eric Scott Walker, Jr., 55, of Saluda, passed away Friday, July 30, 2021. Born in Laurens, SC, Scott was employed with Lonza and was a US Marine veteran. He was known to many as a selfless, and caring man who loved to cook, was an avid outdoorsman and a fitness fanatic. Scott was a faithful member of Cedarwood Community Church where he served on the security team. He was a loving husband, son, father and grandfather who will be missed by many.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Bridgette Sisk Walker; his mother, Patricia Chapman Walker; a son, J.D. Elliott (Marcy). He is also survived by two grandchildren, Rowen and Harvin Elliott; a sister, Cindy Rawls; brother, David Walker (Candy); and his fur babies, Ebenezer, Kira, Tzeelah, and Sabine.

The service for Mr. Walker will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Cedarwood Community Church with Pastor Clint Carter officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Milton Shealy Funeral Home of Batesburg is assisting the family.
