Aaron "Lynn" Bowman

Aaron Lynn Bowman, 81, of Aiken, South Carolina, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2026. Born on July 3, 1944, in Dallas, Texas, he was a son of the late Chester Max Bowman and Gracious Airdale Bowers. Aaron lived a life filled with adventure, passion, and appreciation for the things he loved most. He enjoyed flying modern airplanes and had a love for drag racing that brought him great excitement over the years. An avid music lover, Aaron also found much joy in attending concerts and experiencing live performances.

Surviving are his daughter, Kim Marie Bowman (Richard Hill); and granddaughter, Katelyn Matranga. In addition to his parents, Mr. Bowman was preceded in death by his brothers, Marvin Bowman, Jack Bowman, and Jerry Bowman.

A private service will be held at a later date.
