Adalynn Jade Simpson

Adalynn Jade Simpson, of Leesville, was welcomed into the arms of Jesus after a brief but precious time with her family. Though her life was far too short, she filled the hearts of those who loved her with immeasurable joy and will forever be cherished.

Adalynn was the beloved daughter of Joseph Alxzander and Alexis Marie Simpson. She was a treasured little sister to her three brothers, Bryson, Kyler, and Alexander, who will always carry her memory in their hearts.

In addition to her parents and brothers, Adalynn is lovingly remembered by her great grandmother, Mildred Holloway; Papa and MawMaw, James and Cathy Simpson; MeMe, Michelle Turner; Papa and GG, Lance and Melissa Brewington; uncles, William and J.T. Turner; aunt, Alicia Faulks; and her cousins, Josie and Jessa. She leaves behind a family who adored her and whose lives were forever changed by the precious time they shared with her.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Jerrie Hunter for lovingly sewing Adalynn's clothes, finding diapers that would fit, and for the countless acts of kindness and care she showed throughout this journey. Your love and generosity will never be forgotten.

The funeral service for Adalynn will be held at 2 o'clock on Saturday, August 8th at Rocky Family Worship Center with Preacher Johnny Brewington officaiting. Milton Shealy Funeral Home, Batesburg-Leesville Chapel is serving the Simpson family.
