Amanda Marie Hawes

Amanda Marie Hawes, 44, of Batesburg, passed away on Monday, July 14, 2025. Born in Lexington County, Amanda was the daughter of Richard Brown and the late Wendy Brown. She had a love for cooking and found great joy in spending time with her beloved furbabies, especially Baby and Bubbles. Amanda will be remembered for her kind heart and the love she shared with those around her. She will truly be missed and loved forever.

Surviving are her beloved husband, Ray Hawes; her sisters, Tonya and Molly; and her many cherished fur babies.

A memorial service to celebrate Amanda’s life will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Phillips officiating.
