Andrew Greig Brown

Andrew Greg Brown, 84, of Aiken, died Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at his residence following an illness. Funeral services will be held at 3 PM Saturday at the Chapel of George Funeral Home and Cremation Center. The family will receive friends from 1-3 pm on Saturday.

Born in Glasglow, Scotland, he was a son of the late Frederick Blaker and Elizabeth Reid Brown. Mr. Brown served in the British Royal Marines and was a owner of a Medical Supply Company.

He is survived by his daughters, Isabel Thorbjornsen Michael of Corman, NY, Margaret Jagocki Stephen of Charleston, SC, Jean Collins Jason of Colorado Springs and Denise Walsh Karl of Mt. Pleasant; sons, Andrew Brown Priscilla and James Brown Sara all of New York City; a brother, Archie Brown of Tampa, Florida; a sister, Jenny Brown Wood of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
