Anne S. Taylor

Funeral services for Mrs. Anne Spooner Taylor will be private and under the direction of George Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 211 Park Ave. SW Aiken. Memorial donations may be directed to the charity of one's choice that supports the arts, literature or history. Mrs. Taylor, 71, of Aiken, died Thursday, November 16, 2006 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers.

A daughter of the late Edgar A. and Rose Spielman Spooner, she was born and raised in Bristol, CT and had lived in Longboat Key, FL before moving to Aiken two years ago. Anne was an architect/ home designer who was renowned for her ability to create beautiful homes for her clients.

In addition to her parents, she was pre-deceased by two brothers; Edgar, Jr. and Robert Spooner and two sisters; Helen Albertelli and Arlene Platt. Mrs. Taylor is survived by her husband of fifteen years, Dr. Robert Taylor, Ph.D., Aiken, three sons; Bryan Chamberello, Wilmington, NC, Mark Chamberello, Plainville, CT and Jeffrey J. Camron, Wilmington, NC, a daughter; Crystal Lynne Taylor, Clintondale, NY. Mrs. Taylor is also survived by two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
