Beatrice Hall Pilot Jeffcoat

Beatrice Hall Pilot Jeffcoat, 92, of Batesburg, passed away Monday, December 24, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, December 27 at Old Samaria Baptist Church with interment in Hall Town Cemetery with Rev. Barry Anderson officiating. Visitation will follow after the service.

Active pallbearers are Dean Oswalt, Gene Oswalt, Roger Boatwright, Ronnie Boatwright, Eric Watterson and Wallace Smith. Honorary pallbearers are Justin and Billy Oswalt.

Mrs. Jeffcoat was born in Batesburg, SC daughter of the late Clinton and Rose Green Hall. She was a member of Old Samaria Baptist Church. She was married to the late George Dewey Jeffcoat. She had worked in the textile industry.

Surviving are her son, Leon Edward Pilot; step-son, Dewey Jeffcoat; daughter, Patsy Oswalt; step-daughter, Rosa Lee Knight; sisters, Savannah Corder and Alice Pilot; ten grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Roy Pilot; daughter, Nancy Harmon; sisters, Alberta Sease, Eunice Watson, Eugena Spearlock; brothers, Lance and Sonny Hall.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Old Samaria Baptist Church, 9547 Old Two Notch Road, Batesburg, SC 29006.
