Billy Ray Rowe

Billy Ray Rowe, 62, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2017. A private memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced by the family.

Mr. Rowe was a lifelong Batesburg-Leesville resident, son of the late Manse and Frieda Wingard Rowe. He was a member of the U.S. Navy. Mr. Rowe enjoyed fishing, Nascar and the University of South Carolina Gamecock Athletics. He was a very loving husband to his wife of 20 years and a great dad to his loving daughter Mackenzie.

Surviving are his wife, Lisa Lane Rowe; daughters, Mackenzie Lane (fiancé, Justin Warren); Daniele Cackley; and sister, Elizabeth Frick. He was preceded in death by three sisters and four brothers.
