Bobby Hicks Clark

July 16, 1934 — August 10, 2018

Bobby Hicks Clark, 84, entered into rest Friday, August 10, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, August 13, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Ridge Crest Memorial Park with military honors with Rev. Virgil Parson officiating.

Active pallbearers are Glenn Blume, Wayne Bodie, Tim Bodie, Charlie Boswell, Gene Lawson and Dennis Schwartz.

Bobby was born in Batesburg, SC son of the late John Fabian Clark and Fannie Hicks Clark. He was an auto mechanic and worked for Aiken County School District for 28 years. He was married to the late Peggy Fulmer Clark. He served in the US Navy.

Surviving are his sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy H. Clark (Lynn B.), Larry N. Clark (Lynette) all of Batesburg; daughter and son-in-law, Susan D. May (David) of Tennessee; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his two brothers, Joe and Jack Clark and one sister, Sudie Smith.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM Sunday, August 12, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to American Diabetes Association SC, 2711 Middleburg Drive, Columbia, SC 29204.
