Brooks Walker Eargle

Brooks Walker Eargle, 63, of Leesville, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, July 14, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Jimmy Reagan. Visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mr. Eargle was born in Saluda County. Son of Charlie Walker Eargle and Reda Bernell Oswald Eargle, he was a member of Concord Baptist Church. He had worked for Georgia Pacific.

Surviving are his mother, Reda Bernell Oswald Eargle; wife, Susan Lynn Lybrand Eargle; sons, Jeffery Brooks Eargle, Joshua Walker Eargle, Joseph Julian Eargle; sister, Sandra Unger; half-sister, Susie Landry; brothers, Charles Julian Eargle and Erick Lee Eargle; and seven grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter, Daisy Devon Eargle Collins; sister, Donnell Eargle; brother, Stephen Lynwood Eargle.
