Born in Stafford County, WV, He was the son of the late Lewis and Mary Ellen Guy Wedding. He moved to Ganiteville in 1992 from Virginia.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Irving Wedding, sister, Katherine Thompson. He is survived by his sisters, Doris Thompson, Graniteville, Lillian A. Chewning, Salmouth, VA, Mary H. Gallahen, Spotsylvania, VA, brothers, Roy G. Wedding, Fredricksburg, VA, and James R. Wedding, Jacksonville, NC.
