Carolyn Rebecca "Becky" Martin Newell, 61, of Leesville, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025. Becky was born in Prosperity, SC, a daughter of Carolyn Louise Frick Taylor and the late Donald Rawl Martin. She was a a member of Crossroads Baptist Church of Gilbert.
Surviving are her mother and step-father, Carolyn Louise Frick Taylor (James Edward) of Gilbert; sister, Rhonda Martin Craven of Gilbert; along with her previous husband, Barry Newell of Gilbert; nephew, Matthew Donald Foster (Hanna) of Charlotte, NC; and great niece, Lilly. Becky is also remembered by her neighbors and friends, Judy and Larry Miller; and Erin, Buddy, Kynslee and Abby Davis
The memorial service to celebrate Becky will be announced.
