Carolyn Webb Mintz

Carolyn Webb Mintz, 82, of Saluda, passed away Friday, September 15, 2023. Mrs. Mintz was born in Edgecome County, NC, a daughter of the late Milton and Raybelle Roberts Webb. She was very artistic and talented. Mrs. Mintz was an interior designer, owner and operator of C and W Custom Drapery and Upholstery. She loved being outdoors, especially gardening and fishing.

Surviving are her daughter, Donna Carpenter (Marlin); grandchildren, Eryka Day (Chris), George Dale Singletary, Melissa Singletary, Joshua Singletary (Krista), Marlin Carpenter III (Amanda), and Timothy Carpenter (Robin); as well as many great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Fred Mintz; a daughter, Brenda Miller; brother, Milton Ray Webb; grandson, Neil Jarrott Thompson; and a great grandson.

A memorial service for Mrs. Mintz will be held at a later date.
