Chadd Matthew Ryan

Chadd Matthew Ryan, 47, of Batesburg, SC, passed away on July 8, 2024. Born in Battle Creek, Michigan, on October 15, 1976, he was the son of Loretta Roberts Ryan and the late Keith Richard Ryan. Chadd enjoyed tinkering with small engines and was known to fix anything. He was also a truck driver for many years.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Michelle Andrade (Abraham); nephews, Juan Rodriguez (Raquel Reyna), Gabriel Rodriguez, Abraham E. Andrade, and Jordan Andrade; nieces, Bianca Andrade and Aliyah Andrade; cousins, Frank Roberts and Julie Roberts; and many extended family members. In addition to his father, Chadd was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Earl W. Roberts, Sr.; grandmothers, Allean Ruth Roberts and Ione Grace Ryan; uncle, Earl W. Roberts, Jr.; and cousins, Andrew Roberts and Earl W. Roberts, III.

The memorial service to celebrate the life of Chadd will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 13th, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home, with Pastor Jud Hook officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1 p.m.
