Clara Faye Williams

Ms. Clara Faye Williams, 88, of Batesburg, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2022. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 17th at Milton Shealy Funeral Home with interment to follow in Ridge Crest Memorial Park with Rev. Ray Massey will officiate the service. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Active pallbearers will be: Wesley Goff, Rodney "Bubba" Oxendine, Nicholas Oxendine, Nathaniel Oxendine, Christopher "Lee" Jumpp and Roger Sandy.

Ms. Williams was born in Greenwood, SC, a daughter of the late James and Bertha Davis Ward. She was married to the late Billy Hill Williams. Ms. Williams was a member of Hulon Baptist Church and retired from J.B. Martin. She loved her family and spending time with them.

Surviving are her children, Donna Greene, Patricia Black, Joyce Long (James); grandchildren, Kelly Harmon (Jeff), Wesley Goff (Whitney), Rodney "Bubba" Oxendine (Megan), Johnny Greene, Victoria Long (fiance, Matt); great grandchildren, Nathaniel Oxendine, Nicholas Oxendine (Nicole), Haley Harmon, Katilyn Harmon, Hayden Harmon, Courtney Harmon, Addison Harmon, Graham Harmon, Ella Cook, Caroline Goff, Harper Goff, Breanna Cooper, Savannah Oxendine, Natalie Oxendine; a great great grandson, Bryson Oxendine; along with a soon to be great grandson, Luke. Also surviving are her sisters, Annie Mae McFerrin, Mary Southerland; and her daughter-in-law, Lynn Williams. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Mark Williams; sister, Sarah "Tut" Franklin; and brothers, James, Joe, Jerry, Robert and Leroy Ward.
