Claudette G. Owens

Graveside funeral services for Claudette G. Owens will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2003 at 3:00pm at St. Paul United Methodist Church Cemetery in New Ellenton. Pastor Randy Taylor will be officiating. There will be no calling hours at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be directed to the charity of your choice. Arrangements are by George Funeral Homes Southside Chapel 3175 Whiskey Rd. Aiken. Mrs. Owens, 70, of Aiken, died Tuesday November 11 under the care of Hitchcock Hospice. A lifelong resident of Aiken County, she was a daughter of the late Albert L. and Carrie Wade Greene. He was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church and a homemaker. She was the widow of Murray Willis Owens, who died in 1999. She is survived by three sons, Dana, John and Willis Owens, all of Aiken, a brother; Alvin Greene, Prosperity, SC, a sister; Lynnette Tillotson, Spartanburg and several nieces and nephews.
