Curtis Lee Schumpert Jr.

Curtis Lee "Curt" Schumpert, Jr., 63, of Saluda, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2022. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 9th, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home. The Rev. Manuel Gunter will officiate. Following the service, the family will receive friends at the funeral home.

Mr. Schumpert was born in Saluda, SC, a son of the late Curtis Lee Schumpert, Sr. and Janie Cannon Smith. He loved to listen to country music and Pink Floyd. Curt enjoyed spending time with his family at a cookout and fishing.

Surviving are his sons, Brandon and Ryan Schumpert; grandson, Colton Eli Schumpert; and ex wife, Emmie Rawls Williams. Also surviving are his brother, Daniel Schumpert; and sister, Judy Sudduth. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne Phillips and Larry Schumpert.
