Delia Josephine Beavers

Delia Josephine Beavers, 84, of Chapin, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2023. Mrs. Beavers was born in Houston, TX, a daughter of the late Leeland and Lenore Henson Jorgenson. She was a secretary for a law firm for 45 years. After retirement, she loved to bake cakes for Hospice patients. Mrs. Beavers was an avid gardener and loved to watch figure skating.

Surviving are her children, Kevin Beavers (Wanda), Kelli Beavers, and Krista Moquin (Glenn); grandchildren, Justin, Ryan, Mally, David, and Alex; as well as her sister, Linda Jorgenson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Glenn, Jr.

A private memorial service for Mrs. Beavers will be held.
