Nicole "Nikki" Tardiff, 55, of Batesburg, SC, passed away on July 30, 2025. Born in Lexington, SC, she was the beloved daughter of Judith Lowman, and Dayton Odell Shealy.
Nikki had a deep love for animals and devoted her life to caring for them as a veterinary technician. She found peace and joy in the outdoors, whether it was tending to her garden, caring for her flowers, or spending time in nature during her time as a park ranger. A rodeo enthusiast, Nikki loved the energy and spirit of the events especially the beauty and power of horses.
More than anything, Nikki loved her family. She treasured the time spent with her children and grandchildren, always offering love, support, and care. Her presence was a source of warmth and strength to those who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Don Tardiff of Batesburg; her parents, Dayton Odell Shealy (Davidene "Dean") and Judith Lowman; her cherished sons, Josh (Morgan) of Newberry, Hunter (Kayla), and Dallas “Dally Do” Tardiff, both of Batesburg; her brother, Jonathan Reese Shealy; and her precious grandchildren, Westin, Aubrianna, Ava, Braylen, Baylor, Addison, and Asa. Nikki was preceded in death by her son, Troy Caleb Tardiff, her mother-in-law, Dorinda M. Tardiff, and her father-in-law Kenneth Tariff.
A graveside service will be held at 4 o'clock on Wednesday, August 6th, in the Hardy Cemetery, 2094 Dailey Creek Road, Batesburg, officiated by Rev. David Cockrell. Pallbearers will be Justin Shealy, Bobby Blackmon, and Don, Josh, and Hunter Tardiff.
Nikki’s love, compassion, and dedication will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.
