Eleanor R. Radcliffe

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Eleanor R. Radcliffe will be held on May 4, 2007 at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA. George Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 211 Park Ave. SW, Aiken is assisting the family.

Mrs. Radcliffe, 87, of Aiken, died April 14, 2007 at Eden Gardens, Aiken. The beloved wife of the late Allen B. Radcliffe, Sr., CWO, USAF, Ret., she was born in Philadelphia, PA. Survivors include her son, Allen B. Nola Radcliffe, Jr. of Aiken; granddaughters Rebecca R. Matt Donnelly of Silver Spring, MD and Katherine E. Nathan Wright of Portland, OR and great-grandson, Gabriel B. Wright, Portland OR.

Mrs. Radcliffe was retired from the Smithsonian Institution where she served as the registrar at the Frear Gallery of Art.
