Mrs. Elsie Elmore Gilman, 97, of W. Columbia, formerly of Aiken, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, January 27, 2014, at Bethany Cemetery, under the care of GEORGE FUNERAL HOME.
Born in Florence, she was a daughter of the late George and Carrie Mixon Elmore. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Gilman and a son, Danton Gilman.
Survivors include a daughter, Susan Redd (Jack) of Gaston; a grandson, Jack W. Redd (Melissa) of W. Columbia; 2 great-grandchildren, Sawyer and Anniston Redd of W. Columbia, and a nephew, Mark Parrish of Decatur, Georgia.
