Floyd Edwin Matthews, 72, of Sweetwater, TN, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2019.
Mr. Matthews was born in Athens, TN to the late Malcolm Patterson Matthews and Ellie Thompson Matthews.
He is survived by his sons, Robert E. (Delores) Matthews and Micheal E. (Sonya Curtis) Matthews; sisters, Glenda Matthews Hackler and Mary Matthews; brother, Tom (Susan) Matthews; grandchildren, Dylan( Breanna), Bryan, Taylor, Micheal and Johny Matthews; and two great grandchildren, Aadyn and Nyree Rhodes; and girlfriend, Dana Raper. He was preceded in death by a son, Brian E. Matthews and a brother, Dan Matthews.
