Mr. Ley is survived by his wife Betty Ley, Melbourne, FL; sons, Phillip Ley, Wilmington, NC, and Kent Ley, Sarasota, FL; daughters, Beth Allen, Boca Raton, FL and Kitty Vardell, Sarasota, FL; sister, Dorothy Dyer, Graniteville, SC; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
