Fredrika P. Long

Fredrika P. Long, 86, of Leesville, went to be with her Lord and Savior. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 26 at Leesville Cemetery. Mrs. Long was born in Batesburg, SC, daughter of the late Barney and Mattie Kneece Prater. She was married to the late Dewey H. "Sonny" Long. She was a home maker and an avid South Carolina Gamecock fan. Surviving are her sons, Gregg "Pint" Long; Harold "Hal" Long; daughter and son-in-law, Paula (Dennis) Watkins; brothers, Richard and Phillip Prater; sister, Leila Corder; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. Monday, January 25, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home, other times at her home.
