George Frederick Brand

AIKEN, SC – George Frederick Brand, 78, of Aiken, SC, formerly of Louisville, KY, passed away at home on April 5, 2024, from Mesothelioma.

He was predeceased by his parents, George Sr. and Alberta Brand, and his stepson, David Goffinet. He is survived by his wife, Karen Davis Brand. When asked how long they had been married, George’s favorite answer was, “not long enough.” He is also survived by his children, Jonathan Brand and Alison Malone (Neil), stepson, Michael Goffinet, three grandsons and three great-granddaughters.

Cremation was chosen, and a private service will be held at a later date.
