Helen Elizabeth Gaines Irby

Helen Gaines-Irby, 74, of Aiken, SC entered into rest on December 29, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her parents Walter Gaines and Ello Dennis; sister, Wendy Jean Barkley.

Helen leaves cherished memories to her loving husband, Hugh Irby; nephews, Mark Gaines and Peter James Barkley; great-nieces, Taaj Gaines, Teleza Rivera, and Zaylani Barkley; aunts Elease (Jerry) Clinkscale, Emily Anderson, Garrie Owens and Maxine (Ernest) Alexander; uncles; James Gaines, Amos (Beverly) Gaines and a host of cousins and friends.

A private celebration of life will be held with family and friends.
