James Grimsley

James Alfred Grimsley, 90, of Leesville, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2024. Mr. Grimsley was born in Fairmont, NC, a son of the late Robert and Hattie Barnhill Grimsley. He was an United States Army Veteran. Mr. Grimsley loved his puppies, Maia and Sissy and his family. He was an avid Clemson Tiger Football and Carolina Panthers fan. Mr. Grimsley was a very hard worker who enjoyed going fishing and crabbing.

Surviving are his sons, Timothy Grimsley (Sheryl) and Jimmy Grimsley; grandchildren, Mandi Grimsley (Angel Cruz), Daniel Grimsley, Dylan Grimsley, Troy Grimsley (Shelby); and three great grandchildren, Landon, Liam, and Luka. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings.

A private service will be held for Mr. Grimsley at his residence on a later date.
