James Alan Nichols

James Alan Nichols, 58, of Burke County, GA, passed peacefully at his home on November 18, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Donna Nichols. He is survived by his wife Melissa Riska Nichols, a sister Karan Brumley (John), his two sons David (Tiffany), and Christopher Burke (Jessica) of South Carolina. A daughter named Shannon Burke of Montana. Mr. Nichols also has 8 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.

He was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan and loved yard selling and his flea markets.

Mr. Nichols loved one thing more than all of those combined and that was his grands and great grand.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, November 30 at 1:00 p.m.

The location for the service is at his son David Burkes home, 207 Hillside Drive in North Augusta, South Carolina, 29841.
