Janet M. Andersen

A funeral mass for Mrs. Janet M. Andersen will be celebrated at 11am on Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church. Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions may be sent to the charity of your choice in memory of Janet.

Mrs. Andersen, 82, of Aiken, died Thursday, June 7, 2007 in Aiken. She is survived by her husband of forty four years, E. Roy Andersen.

Born in Needham, MA, she was the daughter of the late William H. and Mary Helen McDonough. She graduated from Dedham High School, Dedham, MA and Emanuel College of Boston MA. She moved to Aiken in 1997 form Bedford, NY. She was a communicant of St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, enjoyed golf, bridge and traveled extensively with her husband Roy.

Additional survivors include her brothers, James McDonough, San Antonio, TX, William H. McDonough, Jr., Cape Elizabeth, ME, sister, Rosemary Abele, Essex Junction, VT, many nieces, nephews, and God-children.
