Joey Fryson Parcell, 41, of Leesville, passed away Friday, June 5, 2015. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 P.M. Monday, June 8, at Milton Shealy Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Reverend Bill Harmon. Visitation will follow after the service at the funeral home. Mr. Parcell was born in Columbia, SC he was the son of Jennie Outlaw Parcell and the late Gavin Lee Parcell Sr. He enjoyed listening to the radio and grilling food with family and friends. He is survived by his mother, Jennie Parcell; wife, Jenny McCormick Parcell; sister, Hope Neely; brother, Gavin Lee Parcell Jr.(Sierra); two nieces and two nephews; four god children; and many friends; as well as his three dogs. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Milton Shealy Funeral Home, c/o Joey Parcell Memory, 115 N. Pine Street, Batesburg-Leesville, SC 29006.
