Joseph Louis Moscatello

Joseph Louis Moscatello, 65, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. He was born April 3, 1961, in Corona, Queens, New York. Joseph lost his father at age 5 and was raised by his aunt Marie and uncle Harry in Long Island. The family later relocated to Florida in 1987.

Joseph met Elena while working at Delta Airlines and embraced her two children, Albert and Francis, as his own. Together they welcomed their daughter Maria in 1994, sharing 32 years of marriage and family life. A devoted husband and father, Joseph was known for his work ethic, his gift for cooking, and his commitment to passing family traditions to the next generation. He was a beloved member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church, where he will be remembered by family and friends.

Joseph is survived by his wife Elena; his children: Maria and her husband Cameron, Albert and his wife Jodi, Francis, and his grandchildren: Marcus, Rebekah, Elena, Juliana, Gabriela, Oliver, and Willow; his great-grandson Logan; and his brother William and his wife Michelle, and their children and grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 24, 2026, at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 2350 Augusta Highway, Lexington, SC 29072. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the church through their website at corpuschristisc.org/giving.
