Julienne Burgeson-Butkus

Julienne Marie “Julie” Burgeson-Butkus, 55, of Cross Hill, SC passed away Wednesday , February 3, 2021. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 13th, at 11:00 A.M. at Pine Pleasant Baptist Church in Saluda.

Julie was born in Jamestown, New York and was raised by her grandmother having lost her mom at a very young age. She moved to Myrtle Beach, SC and lived most of her life there while raising her children. She recently moved to Cross Hill, SC to be closer to her family. She was an avid animal lover and owned her own little farm surrounded by horses, chickens and many more beloved animals. Julie mostly loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Ryan Burgeson (Carime), Cory Burgeson (Laken), Casey Burgeson (Jordan), Tayler Butkus and Bryce Butkus; her grandchildren, AJ, Brooklyn, Calli, Jude, Jace, Ella and Lane.

The family request in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ryan in an effort to establish a college fund for the children.
